Our aircraft are loaded with the latest in GPS and state of the art instruments available, and are flown by ATP rated pilots. Whether a Critical Care mission or Advanced Life Support, you or your loved ones will be cared for by caring and compassionate staff with the latest medical equipment including a ParaPac Ventilator, Medtronics Life Pac 12, syringe infusion pumps, and all equipment required by the Texas Department of State Health Services and the New Mexico Department of Health. Rico is a bed-to-bed service. Once you call our dispatch number, you no longer have to bother with the other details. Rico will arrange for the ambulances to and from the airport and will ensure that you or your loved ones are cared for all the way to their destination.
