Our medical teams specialize in all aspects of aero medical transport, from the acutely ill to care of the hospice patient. Our crews are ready to respond to any emergent or non-emergent patient including trauma, cardiac, respiratory, neurological, burns, and the pediatric population. Rico Aviation strives to provide the best, most compassionate care to its patients. Our scope of care includes pediatric patients from 1 year of age through adult. The medical staff consists of highly trained nurses and critical care paramedics that are required to complete skills competencies annually in order to remain proficient in their profession. Our medical staff is required to maintain current ACLS, PALS, and CPR certifications along with yearly flight physiology and critical care education.
